After much consideration, we have made the decision to close the Valley Cardiology practices in Fayetteville and Lumberton. Our last day will be Friday, December 19th.
We will be able to provide prescription refills, as appropriate, through that date. Patients should have received a notification letter, which included a request for transfer of your medical records to help ensure continuity of care at your provider(s) of choice. You also have the option to print your records from our patient portal. Rest assured that all records will be retained in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
We are sincerely grateful to our patients for trusting us with your cardiac and vascular care. It has been our pleasure to serve the Fayetteville and Lumberton communities.
